Ron Fountain is a co-founder and Partner of Capital Acceleration Partners. He is a thought leader in executive leadership, organizational effectiveness and results oriented, collaborative management.

Ron has been actively involved in financial and business management for more than 40 years. Since serving as CFO of two Fortune 500 companies, he has led and managed dozens of business combination and recapitalization transactions. He earned his Executive Doctor of Management degree and his MBA from the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University and conducts academic and business workshops centered around leadership and organizational effectiveness. Currently, Ron serves on the boards of the MetroHealth Hospital System, Ironrock Capital and Dise & Company.
